Good bye Lenin
A movie about two germans whose mother drops into a coma right before the wall falls, and wakes up afterwards and since her heart is very brittle (and she's a socialist) the brother and sister decide to make up a imagined world, to make her believe the wall is still there.
This includes wearing old clothes, making up their own daily news and lying a lot.
